This fun and engaging children's video game the main characters from the movie series as well as characters such as Shrek and B.O.B. There are 20 tracks for racers to embark on. Many of these tracks are based upon scenes from the movies. Some of these scenes include New York City Zoo the volcano. This helps to maintain the familiarity for the players. Along the way, racers will come across several power-ups. These are important to grab whenever possible. Some of these items are mines, missiles and power boosts. Vehicles are able to fly, flip, roll and perform other stunts to keep players entertained. Learning new stunts keeps the gameplay fun. Players can opt to play alone in single player mode or in a 2 - 4 player head-to-head race.
