NBA 2K12 encourages video game players to shoot some hoops with or against the world's best basketball players. For the first time ever in an NBA franchise video game, this title features a NBA's Greatest Mode that includes more than a dozen iconic legends such as Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson and Wilt Chamberlain. Of course, NBA 2K12 also features hundreds of officially licensed professional players from the NBA. A brand new game engine virtually simulates a variety of moves such as dunks, dribbles, steals, saving dives, running and other movements on the court. In Association Mode, players can start a traditional career or franchise and advanced through multiple seasons while competing against all 30 licensed NBA teams. The high quality graphics in NBA 2K12 portray in detail signature moves and other things such as facial features of players.
