Riding gigantic birds, exploring dungeons, solving puzzles, and battling unending hordes of enemies are elements that will challenge even the most experienced Zelda fans. New to this title are the whip and flying beetle items that allow Link to access areas that would have otherwise been beyond reach. Crafting materials to upgrade items and potions are also a new feature in Skyward Sword, along with unique mini-games that also allow Link to win special upgrades.
