Overview
In this action-packed prequel to the original Gears of War trilogy, the Kilo squad must battle the fierce and inhuman Locust, led by the creepy and seemingly unstoppable Karn. Discovering the means to defeat him, they set forth to acquire a deadly weapon, but it means going against orders and beating the odds. This third person shooter has all the action of the Gears of War trilogy, with the main game taking place in flashbacks during a trial in which Damon Baird must defend his actions and the actions of Kilo. Multiple missions across six chapters recall the epic fight, and new multiplayer modes replace the former Gears of War style for a new gaming experience. Eight maps, four exclusive to each game mode, let players go up against each other in a variety of ways.
