Perfect for those who love to game but want to get a little exercise out of it, players can choose from over 125 different workouts and over 215 moves. This means players are guaranteed thorough and varied workouts instead of just a handful of stale, boring moves that just don't get the job done. Players have the option of choosing and customizing a four week long fitness regime that is completely tailored to their current fitness level and any physical limitations they may have (bad knees, weak back, etc). A profile is created at the start of the program that inputs the player's height, weight, age, and fitness level (ranging from "couch potato" to "aspiring gymnast" to "Olympic legend"). Workouts include ab/core exercises, yoga, strength, and cardio. A daily list of three "to do"s gives players an easy way to get in some exercise daily without feeling overwhelmed.
