Overview
Dr. Blowhole is an evil dolphin that had his mind set on world domination not too long ago. Dr. Blowhole assembled his army of obedient lobsters and set out to conquer the world. But the clever penguins, led by Skipper, found a way to stop Dr. Blowhole and save the world. But Skipper and his crew made one mistake the first time; they let Dr. Blowhole get away. Now the evil dolphin has a brand new plan to take over the world and he is more determined than ever to make it happen. Once again, Skipper and his able crew of creative penguins must fly into action and prevent Dr. Blowhole and his army of lobsters from taking over the world. But Dr. Blowhole learned from his last experience with the penguins and he has some surprises that Skipper may not have counted on.
