Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates keeps the momentum going from the previous installments of this series. It has a compelling storyline to keep the attention of players and make them want to continue onto new battles and scenarios. Select from one of four groups of characters that all stem from previous groups. In this installment, the mages are Yukes, Calvats are warriors, Selkies are archers and Lilties have transformed from warriors to alchemists. Even with these minor character adjustments, the fundamentals remain the same. Single player mode is available as well as multiplayer mode. It may be beneficial to begin in single player mode to gain comfort with the switched character rolls. The stories are slightly different between single player and multiplayer modes as well. For the full experience, play both and level up characters easier to gain new powers.
