Overview
Rondo of Swords is based on a strategic RPG game play in a fictional two dimensional world known as Kingdom of Britwalde. Characters embark on different journeys that involve plenty of battles against other foes. The enemies must be defeated in order to advance through different stages of various levels. A Route Maneuver System is applied into the combat game design of Rondo of Swords. This battle system essentially allows players to plan attacks in advance and wait if the enemies decide to respond or run away. Players in Rondo of Swords can recruit small factions of fighters and other members that can be sent on tasks and quests. Additionally, characters in this game can earn points that can be used for upgrading their attributes and extra abilities such as magical powers. There are four possible endings in this game.
