Atelier Ayesha: The Alchemist of Dusk is the fourteenth title in the critically acclaimed Japanese RPG Atelier series. It is the first of two titles in the Dusk sub-series, taking place on a different world from the original. Ayesha Altugle runs an herbalist's workshop in a world where alchemy is all but forgotten. Some time ago her younger sister, Nio, disappeared. At the beginning of the story, Ayesha sees Nio for a brief moment, which sets the protagonist off on a journey to find her long lost sister. The Alchemist of Dusk is a tender story exploring the pain and sadness of loss through the lens of a young girl coming of age.
