A devastating tsunami has struck Paradise Commonwealth Island and left the peaceful animal inhabitants in a dreadful mess. One lone turtle washes up on the sandy beaches of Prince Island where the King of All Cosmos is vacationing. Moved by the plight of the animals, the King vows to create new islands for them.
