The sequel to 2012's Persona 4 Arena, Ultimax picks up right where the action left off, sending you spiraling into a world of mystery, mayhem and fights to the death. A red fog has descended over Inaba, and old favorites Junpei Iori and Yukari Takeba want to know why. Before they can take action, however, the Midnight Channel disturbs everyone with another broadcast, and one of the Investigation Team is lost within the bloody haze. The heroes will have to figure out the origins of the fog in order to rescue their friend and return Inaba to normal. With improved weapons and battle tactics, including the debut of "Shadow" versions of all the playable characters, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax has all the adventure of previous games with better stories and strategies than anything Arc System Works has offered before.
