Overview
Play as either Americans, British soldiers or Frenchmen in Shogun 2: Fall of the Samurai. This game takes place during the Boshin War. The way that you relate to the opposing forces will determine how the rest of the game goes. The idea is to improve your battle skills and use strategical game plans in order to advance further. There are 39 land units and modern weapons to use just to make the gameplay a bit more interesting. Players can elect to use a Gatling gun or Armstrong gun that have been modernized. Also included in this installment is a third-person viewing mode to see the entire battle as it is happening and control your characters accordingly. Both land and sea battles are integrated to enhance your skills and battle techniques. The sea battles are intense while attempting to take down the enemy vessels and gain supremacy.
