A reboot for the beloved Tomb Raider series, this game from Square Enix has players once again taking control of Lara croft. This time, Lara is a young Archaeology graduate, hired by a wealthy Japanese family to explore and reveal the mystery of their ancestral home on dangerous Yamatai Island. Off the coast of Japan in the Dragon's Triangle, the island is said to have been the home of a dangerous shaman queen who could control the weather, and the numerous storms and ship wrecks that plague the island suggest a grain of truth in the legends. Accompanied by a diverse crew of characters with their own motivations, Lara sets off to discover the truth. The game is third person action-adventure title with stealth, survival, and RPG elements that promise to reboot the series with a solid dose of fun.
