Overview
The Resistance, led by Brother Chen, and Ark Security, led by Captain Mokoena, battle in the near future on a floating island called the Ark. The Ark was originally created as a model for green, self-sustaining living. However, refugees flooded the Ark and it is now overpopulated, run by criminals and corrupt outlaws, and cut off from civilization. Players must join either Ark Security or the Resistance and complete critical goal based missions as an Engineer, Medic, Soldier, or Operative. Brink, a first person shooter, features single and multiplayer modes, fast action gameplay, Steamworks integration, a plethora of weapons, and fully customizable special abilities using a complex experience point system. Gameplay includes SMART (Smooth Movement Across Random Terrain) navigation, well balanced controls, and highly intelligent enemy AI.
