Overview
The Phantasy Star Universe has grown into something much larger than anyone had expected. This installment of the Phantasy Star Universe offers two different kinds of adventures for players to enjoy. In the stand-alone game, players take on the role of an academy cadet named Ethan Waber who is forced to save his sister from a legion of dark forces simply referred to as The Seed. The online game offers players a variety of adventures to pursue in the three planets that make up the Gurhal system. Players will be able to explore each planet and embark on an adventure as a group, or they can seek out their own adventures and try to bring harmony to the Phantasy Star Universe by defeating the evil souls that inhabit the Gurhal system's planets.
