Overview
Geralt, the Witcher, had become the personal bodyguard to a king. When the king is slain by a mysterious assassin, Geralt is accused, captured, and interrogated. Not all believe he is guilty, however, and with the help of a new ally, Geralt escapes and sets out with his new companion and Triss Merigold to find the assassin, whose king-killing did not begin with Geralt's liege. In this action adventure hack and slash, players traverse the breathtaking kingdom of Temeria on a quest to discover the identity and nature of the assassin of kings. Ranged weapons and traps have been added to the arsenal, as well as stealth aspects that allow a new cunning level of gameplay and new ways to defeat enemies. There are also minigames scattered throughout, keeping the experience dynamic and exciting in a variety of ways.
